Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries. Nearly 10,000 additional professionals are pursuing the CCIM designation.

CPA Alberta is the professional regulatory body for the CPA profession in Alberta.
We operate under the provincial Chartered Professional Accountants Act, the purpose of which is to:

• protect the public
• protect the integrity of the accounting profession regulated under the Act
• promote and increase the competence of registrants
• regulate the conduct of registrants.

CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association) – The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is one of Canada’s largest single-industry trade associations, representing more than 94,000 real estate Brokers/agents and salespeople working through more than 100 real estate Boards and Associations.

AREA (Alberta Real Estate Association) – The Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) is a not-for-profit society representing the interests and concerns of licensed REALTORS® in Alberta. Our membership includes nearly 11,000 real estate professionals and their 11 real estate boards in all regions of the province.

CREB (Calgary Real Estate Board) – CREB is a cooperative association supporting Calgary and area’s 5,700 + REALTORS®

AMBA (Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association) – The Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association (AMBA) is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to highly ethical business principles and to keeping the industry at a high level of integrity and professionalism. It is our goal to continually raise the standards within the mortgage industry and consistently promote trust, integrity, professionalism & knowledge.

RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta) – The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is an independent, non-government agency, responsible for regulating industry professionals in the real estate, mortgage broker, and real estate appraisal industries under Alberta’s Real Estate Act.
